Lauren Noble – Executive Director
Lauren has worked with children and families for 32 years, along with over 15 years of management experience. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and is EEC Lead Teacher and Director 1 and 2 Certified. Lauren is also the Mother of three, grandmother of six, and a member of Waters Church.
Lauren’s love of children and teaching and her desire to serve the Lord brought her to Waters Church and eventually to this position as Executive Director of Waters Early Learning Center. Lauren’s desire and primary goal is to bless children and families with excellent academics while establishing and nurturing their faith.
Jessica Gariepy – Director North Attleboro
Jess has worked with children since 2004. She has been at Waters Early Learning Center since 2015, first as a Toddler Teacher for five years, and then as Assistant Director, and now as Director.
She is Lead Infant, Toddler and Preschool Certified, as well as Director 1 and 2 Certified.
Jess has 2 nieces that she spends her time with. She is an active part of her church that she has attended for many years. She has a passion for working with children, especially toddlers.
Robert MacIsaac – Director Norwood
Robert has worked with children and families for 16 years along with over 3 years of management experience. He holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and is EEC Lead Teacher and Director 1 and 2 Certified. Robert doesn’t have kids yet but can’t wait to have them. He loves children and loves seeing that awesome moment when children connect with what you are teaching. His mother was a special education teacher and his sister is a principal. He loves sports, especially basketball, and watching the Boston Celtics. He loved learning about his faith from his Grandparents.
